Frankincense and Myrrh have been used in herbal science for centuries. Both of these resins have many beneficial properties. I am taking it for support of my bones, joints and brain. Frankincense & Myrrh Tincture 1/4 cup each of Frankincense and Myrrh. Put in a 16 oz jar. Add Tito's vodka (tastes best, made in U.S.) Lid tightly. Shake daily for 4-6 weeks.
