  1. Making a Frankincense & Myrrh Tincture

    Frankincense and Myrrh have been used in herbal science for centuries. Both of these resins have many beneficial properties. I am taking it for support of my bones, joints and brain. Frankincense & Myrrh Tincture 1/4 cup each of Frankincense and Myrrh. Put in a 16 oz jar. Add Tito's vodka (tastes best, made in U.S.) Lid tightly. Shake daily for 4-6 weeks. Much of the solids will dissolve. Strain through cloth to remove the remaining solids. Store in a colored glass bottle away from light and heat. Label bottles well. To use: Place 5-10 drops in water and take once a day. It will take about a week or 10 days to really notice changes. This tincture also  helps cleanse and support healing of wounds.
