Frankincense and Myrrh have been used in herbal science for centuries. Both of these resins have many beneficial properties. I am taking it for support of my bones, joints and brain. Frankincense & Myrrh Tincture 1/4 cup each of Frankincense and Myrrh. Put in a 16 oz jar. Add Tito's vodka (tastes best, made in U.S.) Lid tightly. Shake daily for 4-6 weeks. Much of the solids will dissolve. Strain through cloth to remove the remaining solids. Store in a colored glass bottle away from light and heat. Label bottles well. To use: Place 5-10 drops in water and take once a day. It will take about a week or 10 days to really notice changes. This tincture also helps cleanse and support healing of wounds.

Do you suffer with low iron levels? So did I. After a gastric bypass, I do not absorb iron in the intestines well. This tincture has been my answer. It works well. I can maintain healthy levels. Making a tincture is not difficult. It just takes time for the tincture to be ready. Below I have the Super Iron Tincture. In another post, I will give the Frankincense and Myrrh Tincture. Explore the properties and you may want to try it for yourself. It is helping me feel better. Super Iron Tincture 3 Tablespoons Yellow Dock and Nettle Leaf 2 Tablespoons Dandelion Root powder 2 Tablespoons Thyme Fifth Tito's Vodka Method: Grind herbs finely in a coffee grinder. Put herbs in cloth bag along with a small clean rock. Leave room in the bag for herb expansion. Tie shut securely (It is a mess if you don't :). Put in a 32 oz. jar. Add Tito's Vodka (it is more palatable and made in the U.S.) in jar. About half full. Let sit uncapped while herbs absorb the vodka. Top off as needed.
